We do not accept returns of any items unless in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do our best to give accurate information in regard to products posted for sale in accordance with the below condition standard criteria.
We do not take responsibility for sizing issues. E.g. if you believe that the item is not true to size, we will not refund you for this. This is something that is out of control as we cannot manage every brand and their different sizing. It is your responsibility to research the brands sizing. We do offer a re-sell service, but commission is applied.
CONDITION STANDARDS
Pre-loved Condition – moderate wear.
Good Condition – light to moderate signs of wear.
Very Good Condition – minimal signs of wear.
Excellent Condition – perfect but without tags.
Pristine Condition – with tags.
WARRANTIES
We do not provide warranties of any kind on any of the products or on any information provided on the website. You acknowledge that products purchased from our website may require special maintenance. We will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain the products properly.
